Project customs and traditions: here and there

Some weeks ago, students from 6th and 7th form met Megan Troutman. She is an exchange teacher, who comes from the United States of America.

The students and Megan met 3 times: May 5th, June 2nd and June 9th. During these events, they exchanged information about the 2 countries, their culture and typical celebrations. The students asked Megan questions, they listened to her, watched videos and commented on differences and similarities among the two places. Some students even shared photos of their families!

Hace algunas semanas, los alumnos de 6to y 7mo grado conocieron a Megan Troutman. Megan es una docente de intercambio, quien vive en Estados Unidos. 

Hubo 3 encuentros los días 5 de mayo, 2 y 9 de junio. En estos encuentros, se intercambió información sobre los dos países, sus culturas y celebraciones típicas. Los estudiantes hicieron preguntas, escucharon lo que les contaba Megan y comentaron diferencias y similitudes. Algunos alumnos incluso compartieron fotos de sus familias durante las fiestas.
